"The “Luxury Surprise” Was Not It"
I ordered a bag from dolcegabbana.com thinking it would be a bit bigger and more structured based on the description, but when it arrived, it was giving very much “tiny floppy cousin.” The color also looked a little different in person than it did online, which was annoying. Shipping was fine, so no drama there, but for this price, I expect the details to be accurate, not some fancy guessing game.

To be fair, the site looks nice and I was ready to place my order, but the checkout process was a mess. I tried paying twice and the page kept freezing both times. When I refreshed, my cart was empty, which was really annoying, especially for a site with prices this high.

"Really grateful for the fast delivery"
I ordered from Dolce & Gabbana and wasn’t expecting it to show up so quickly, so I was really pleasantly surprised. I got the shipping update fast, and the package arrived just a few days later. Everything was packed really nicely, nothing was damaged, and the tracking was simple to follow the whole way. I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth and quick the delivery was. Very happy with the experience and I’d definitely order again.

"Nice packaging, but shipping was disappointing"
The packaging looked really nice at first, the box and wrapping definitely had a premium feel. But the outer box showed up dented, and one corner was completely smashed, which was ridiculous considering how expensive the order was. Thankfully, the item itself was fine inside, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, I expected a lot better care with shipping. Overall, it was okay, just not amazing

The login went through without any drama, which I’m always a little suspicious of with online accounts because something usually glitches somewhere. "Honestly let down by the gift service"
I paid extra for gift wrapping and a note because it was meant to feel like a special present, and when it showed up in a plain box with no message inside, my first reaction was, "Wait, seriously?" It just made the whole thing feel rushed and kind of awkward. I reached out to customer service, but they took ages to reply and didn’t really do anything to make it right. For a luxury site, I expected a lot better.

A friend recommended this to me, so I decided to give it a try. The item does look authentic and it came with the proper tags, which was reassuring, but the packaging felt a little off to me. Customer support was okay, nothing terrible, but for the price I expected a bit more

"Fit Was Off in the Shoulders"
I ordered my usual size and the main thing I noticed right away was how tight it felt in the shoulders. I wasn’t really focused on much else after that because the fit just felt smaller than expected. The quality seemed fine, so no big issue there, but I do wish the size guide had been more accurate. Returning it was straightforward, not amazing but not a hassle either

"Frustrating delivery issue and slow support"
I ordered from dolcegabbana.com and ended up having a problem with my delivery. Customer service took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the replies felt like generic copy-and-paste messages. No one really explained what was happening or actually helped fix it. For a brand this expensive, I expected a much smoother experience. it felt like a totally preventable hassle, and I don’t think I’ll order online from them again

I ended up returning a jacket because the sizing was off. Getting the return label was actually super easy, so that part was fine. The weird part is the refund took longer than I expected, especially considering it was a expensive order. I had to check in with support once to see what was going on. Overall, not a bad experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.

"Shipping Was More Stressful Than Expected"
I ordered from dolcegabbana the shipping part was kind of annoying. The delivery date changed twice, and then the tracking just sat there with no updates for days, which made me keep checking it way too often. Customer service did reply, to be fair, but it was basic and didn’t really tell me anything new. The item did arrive fine in the end, and it looked okay, but still, for the price, I really expected the whole delivery process to feel a lot smoother.

I ordered from dolcegabbana.com the clothes were great, which I guess they should be at that price. The quality was totally fine and I didn’t have any complaints about the items themselves. What annoyed me was the customs and duties when the package arrived. Maybe it was somewhere on the site and I missed it, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me. Delivery also got delayed because of it, which made the whole thing feel more complicated than it needed to be. Not a disaster, just a weirdly frustrating experience for something that’s supposed to feel a little more premium.
