"BOYCOTT Dolce & Gabbana"
I agree with what everyone is saying a so called premium brand with the worst customer service. They sold a faulty item inside a jacket stitching had come off and they say cannot accept a return what a joke. Even a primark would take a faulty item back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are rude, cannot speak English properly and run a multi million pound company. BOYCOTT Dolce & Gabbana that is what is going around at the moment.

"Do not trust the Dolce & Gabbana online store!"
I bought two products from DolceGabbanaPrivateSales website. Unfortunately, one product did not fit and I returned it. On 09.02.2023, the return arrived at the DG warehouse. I have confirmation from Poste Italiane that the package has been handed over to DG. I have communicated with DG customer service many times (in every week). At first it was said that they had not received the package and now they are looking for it. I sent my last question on 10.04.2023 but have not received any concrete or reasonable answers from customer service. They reply every time in style "we will process your request as soon as possible". Looks like Dolce&Gabbana has stolen my money. It is unbelievable that Dolce&Gabbana is such an untrustful company!
I have been a Dolce&Gabbana customer for a long time and have made many purchases in their physical stores (a few times in the online store as well). I will not buy anything from Dolce&Gabbana anymore.

"My hair got fried and didn't get all…"
My hair got fried and didn't get all what he said he could do. Also there charged me 320
When I went bk they were suppose to do a treatment free of charge and they ended up charging another 75 on top. Very disappointed with this place...hair stylist was Chris. Please be aware and don't go with him.

item faulty- badge coming off due to faulty stitching. company and retail outlet dont want to know even though virtually new. very bad quality and worse customer service,they dont even want to see the faulty item. Stick to better quality companys like tesco.

"Order not received and not refunded …"
Order placed and notification received from FedEx advising order delivered when it hadn’t been. Contact made with FedEx who advised the order had been returned to sender due to lack of delivery address on label. The order had never left Italy for the UK! I contacted the company to advise them of the issue, provided a signed declaration and tracking details inviting them to contact FedEx as I had done. Despite requests for an update, no further contact has been received. I have not received my order or a refund.

MOST COMPLICATED RETURN PROCESS I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM SUCH A HUGE COMPANY. I HAVE TO FILL UP 4 FORMS WITH SOME STU PID INFORMATION FOR THEM SO THAT I CAN RETURN ONE PAIR OF SHOES, THEY NEVER INCLUDED THIS STUF WITH THE PACKAGE. "Claim rejected by Dolce Gabbana Technicians"
I am a client of yours more than stores, but for this order, I did it online.
I received the slippers at the end of June in perfect condition. In fact, I love them, unfortunately. These shoes were only bought for a wedding in August, and they were used exclusively for this. I wore them a second time, but a part of the sole of the left shoe fell off. it came off, I would like to know what options I have to replace these shoes using the guarantee since it is a Dolce Gabbana product with a high value and I am a little sad because it is the first time that this has happened to me with one of their products.
Could you tell me the process in these cases I can send photos of it just as I am writing about the email with the invoice etc.
The ideal would be for the product to be replaced or for a credit to be assigned to buy them again.

I’m customer of Dolce Gabbana and this is something unusual , I’m still struggling thinking what could happen here , if your quality standards should be very high as brand
I want to move this claim to a supervisor since the use of the shoes was 3 times if you are telling me I don’t know how to use the shoes I don’t think this is acceptable
I want please send this to your supervisor the material of the outsole is not the same as other dolce shoes I use Gucci, Prada, and dolce of course I know how to take care of them
I’ll do a review on the web site since this answer is offending me I claimed a better explanation for this from a high person in dolce
Until then I will continue asking for answers please do it
